Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Jon Lowry (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Samuel Ellsworth III (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). I can't wait for this one - let's get the fighter introductions out of the way and get this one started!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Samuel Ellsworth III!
The judges for this bout are Jonathan Paton, John Roberts and Alyssa Summers.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lowry misses with a two punch combination.
Ellsworth III wants to clinch up but Lowry keeps it at a distance.
Lowry throws a sloppy head kick and Ellsworth III moves out of range easily.
Lowry keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.
Lowry throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Ellsworth III.
Lowry lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.

Ellsworth III drives through and clinches with Lowry against the cage.
Ellsworth III trying to stall but Lowry improves his position.
Lowry prevents a takedown attempt there.

Ellsworth III gets control of Lowry's arms and successfully pulls guard. Ellsworth III will no doubt be looking for submissions off his back.

Lowry is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there.
Lowry works a leg free and moves into half guard.

Ellsworth III really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Lowry. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Lowry stalling.
Lowry seems to have a rather negative gameplan on the ground. He seems keen to just score the takedown and hold down Ellsworth III for as long as he can get away with.
Lowry works his foot free and advances to mount.
Lowry controlling the pace for now.
Ellsworth III tries to improve his position but instead Lowry has taken his back!

My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer.
I really don't envy Ellsworth III right now.
Lowry has the hooks sunk in and you can see the will to fight slowly draining out of Ellsworth III's body.

Ellsworth III wants to get back to his feet. He's half way up but Lowry drags him back down with a jolt, managing to get his forearm deep under Ellsworth III 's chin! Ellsworth III is in real trouble! His face is turning bright red and he's forced to tap! This one is all over!
