Rowan throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.

Parada is pressing down on Rowan's left leg trying to get back to full guard. He's managed it.
Rowan postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect.
Parada bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Rowan's guard.
Rowan will have to put a bit more behind his punches if he's going to do any damage from this position.
Parada wants to control from the top but Rowan keeps moving.
