The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
AtlaSon stuns Anyukov with a nice body shot, before stepping back out of range.
Anyukov throws a right hand that AtlaSon ducks under and follows up with a left that AtlaSon also avoids with ease.
AtlaSon dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Anyukov. That did some damage!

AtlaSon throws a body kick that sends a sickening thudding noise reverberating around the arena.

AtlaSon feints and then cracks Anyukov's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Anyukov down.

Anyukov shoots in looking for a takedown. AtlaSon tries to sprawl out of it but Anyukov keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the ropes. AtlaSon manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Theo AtlaSon has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Boris Anyukov.

That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! Anyukov crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from AtlaSon - the referee stops the clock and Anyukov gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says AtlaSon. Anyukov manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes.
