PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Ivan Priebcko (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mahatma Gandhi (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Priebcko comes to the cage accompanied by Sweet Dreams. Gandhi has chosen Hungry Like The Wolf as his entrance music. I can't wait for this one - let's get the fighter introductions out of the way and get this one started!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Gandhi is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
A slow jab from Gandhi misses its intended target.
Gandhi connects with a right hand. Priebcko shakes it off.

Priebcko closes the distance and clinches.
Gandhi takes an elbow to the temple.

It looks like Mahatma Gandhi has been cut.
Gandhi tries to land a shot to the body but it's blocked.

That has opened up Mahatma Gandhi's cut even more.
Priebcko comes over the top with an elbow. That landed flush.
Priebcko lands an elbow inside that Gandhi shrugs off.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Mahatma Gandhi's cut is absolute horrible now. This looks like something out of a horror film with blood covering both fighters.
Priebcko lands with a short shot to the head.

The referee calls the doctor in to look at Mahatma Gandhi's cut. Oh no, the doctor has called an end to the bout!
