The judges for this bout are Arvi Lind, Roosa Järviläinen and Johanna Lukiainen.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Baggins keeps the fight on the outside.
Jackson blocks the body kick.
Baggins throws a front kick that sends Jackson stumbling back into the cage.

Baggins drops Jackson with a beautiful combination! Jackson stares up at his opponent, who ushers him back to his feet - Baggins is looking for the KO!


It looks like Arthur Jackson has been cut.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Baggins misses with the combination.
Jackson avoids a kick to the body.

Jackson gets the takedown into side control.
Baggins parries the strikes from Jackson easily there. Jackson is wary of posturing up too much because it might enable Baggins to escape.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Baggins is not in a great position here, taking some shots.

Jackson is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Baggins knows the correct defense though, so he's OK.

Jackson goes for an armbar here - this could be all over! But no, Baggins has escaped beautifully and is now on top in side control! Oh, that's unlucky for Jackson but great work by Baggins.

Baggins throws a half hearted mid kick.
Jackson blocks the body kick.
Baggins swats away the attempt to clinch by Jackson.

Jackson scores with a nice takedown into half guard. Let's see what he's got on the ground.
Jackson is looking to advance position but Baggins won't allow it.

Jackson prevents Baggins from standing back up.
Baggins is breathing heavily.
Jackson slips a nice elbow through Baggins's hands, connecting with Baggins's forehead.

Baggins tries to hold on but Jackson pushes him away.

Jackson goes for an armbar but he's not got it… Baggins turns into him and now he's in Jackson's guard.
Jackson tries to land a sweep but no joy.

Jackson is looking for a triangle but Baggins pushes his legs off easily.
Jackson wants to sweep here but Baggins controlling him for the moment.

Jackson looking for submissions off his back, moving his hips, looking for an opening.

My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer.
Baggins would like to get this fight back to the feet but can't get free from the closed guard.

Jackson is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle.
Baggins landing with the ground and pound.
Jackson bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Baggins's guard.

Baggins trying to keep a closed guard but Jackson is proving a slippery customer.

Jackson drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Jackson jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.

Jackson passes Baggins's left leg - he's now in half guard.
The referee walks around the fighters to get a better view of the action. Jackson lands a nice short elbow.

Jackson is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Baggins defends it well.

The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action.
Jackson lands strikes from half guard.
Baggins is trying to defend against the ground and pound but Jackson scores with a couple of nice shots.

Baggins manages to escape and get back to his feet!
Well, he's not going to score with shots like that. A lazy body kick attempt from Baggins.
Baggins throws the kick towards the body but Jackson avoids it.

Jackson fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Baggins sprawls well initially but Jackson persists and gets the takedown into half guard.
Jackson passes the half guard and he's now in mount! Big trouble for Baggins!
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action! This is the final round!



Jackson drives through with a really nice takedown into side control.
Baggins struggling a bit here.
Jackson passes to full mount! That's big trouble for Baggins!

Jackson wants to finish this one by submission but Baggins is holding onto his waist, trying to prevent any attacks from Jackson.

Jackson goes for an armbar but he's not got it… Baggins turns into him and now he's in Jackson's guard.
Both fighters are breathing heavily.

Jackson looking for submissions from the bottom but instead Baggins passes into half guard.
Baggins wants to stand up but Jackson has a hold of him and won't allow it.

Jackson is looking to sinch up a guillotine here but Baggins pulls his head out easily.

Jackson throws some sloppy strikes off his back.
A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Baggins accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.

Jackson is active off his back here, looking for submissions.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.

Jackson throws his legs up looking to secure a triangle. Oh, that looks pretty tight, I gotta say! Baggins escapes and throws Jackson's legs to the side, diving into side control!
Jackson tries to get back to half guard but can't.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.
Baggins wants to stand but Jackson is controlling his arm.

And that's the end of the fight!
Arthur Jackson showed his dominance in that final round.
I think Jackson has won this one but let's see what the judges have to say. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
