With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Shotgun McBlastoff!
The judges for this bout are Paul Tew, Daniel Bishop and Colin Fotheringham.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Gunner avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
McBlastoff fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Gunner avoids it really well and circles away.
No luck for McBlastoff with that takedown attempt.
McBlastoff tries to close the distance and clinch up but Gunner swats him away and circles back towards the center.
McBlastoff shoots in for a takedown but Gunner shows good takedown defense.
Phi Gunner has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Shotgun McBlastoff.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

McBlastoff scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!

Gunner drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard.

Gunner drops back looking for a leg! McBlastoff is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and McBlastoff manages to kick Gunner off! Gunner jumps back into McBlastoff's guard.

Gunner has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.
McBlastoff preventing the ground and pound from doing any damage.

McBlastoff lands a beautiful switch and he's in full mount! That could spell trouble for Gunner!
Gunner is in all sorts of trouble here.

Gunner is squirming around, avoiding McBlastoff's attempts to control the action.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.
McBlastoff is looking to control Gunner but Gunner is wriggling around and keeping busy.
Gunner might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.

McBlastoff is looking for the choke from the back position but Gunner is controlling his hands well.

The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!



Gunner closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard.

Gunner fakes a shot to the body and cracks his opponent in the head. Nice ground and pound there!

Gunner jumps to the side looking to secure the arm triangle…. Ooooh, that looks tight… McBlastoff is gargling but he's managed to escape! Nice work there by McBlastoff and Gunner has given up the dominant position trying to land that submission.

McBlastoff manages to work his way to half guard, despite Gunner's best efforts.

The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Gunner connects with a nice short shot to McBlastoff's temple.

Gunner looking for a kimura but he'll have to free his other leg if he wants to finish that. Perhaps he's just using it as a distraction technique.

A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace.
McBlastoff manages to get to full guard.

Gunner drops back, looking for a kneebar! McBlastoff looks panicked! The fighters roll across the mat, one looking to finish, one looking to escape. McBlastoff looks to have wriggled free... Yes, he's got his leg free and he's dived into side control! Good work there from McBlastoff!

Gunner on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Gunner tries to get out of the position.

That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action. This is the final round!



Gunner throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. McBlastoff was covering up waiting for the punch and Gunner finishes the takedown easily into guard.
Gunner is looking to work some ground and pound but McBlastoff has wrist control.

Gunner is working McBlastoff over from the guard. He should look to pass the guard and do a little more damage with these strikes.

Gunner looks up at the clock and then as McBlastoff takes his cue and looks up at the clock too, Gunner smacks him right in the chops with a big elbow! How rude!
Phi Gunner is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach.
McBlastoff gets one leg under and gets the fight to half guard.
Gunner seems content to maintain position for now, rather than mounting any offense.
McBlastoff pushes Gunner off looking to stand but Gunner dives back in and keeps control.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.
McBlastoff is looking to improve his position.
Shotgun McBlastoff has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here!

Gunner is working for a submission here. He's got hold of the far side arm and he's looking for a kimura. He's cranking on the arm and he's got it! McBlastoff is tapping out! Ouch, that looked like it hurt!
