Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Rich Convex (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and White Kong (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Kong has a pretty significant injury - he really shouldn't be fighting right now but he's a warrior and he's here none the less! Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Convex shoots in for a takedown but Kong shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.
Kong looks gassed!
Convex showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Kong.
A punch combination from Kong misses.
Kong fails to land with a series of punches.
Kong displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Convex.
Kong looks to land a combination but Convex avoids it well.
Convex shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Kong as he avoids it easily.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Rich Convex. That's going to take a lot out of him.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Convex changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Kong tries to avoid it but Convex manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Kong to the ground. Kong escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
White Kong seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Kong looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
Kong defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Convex.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Horrible takedown by Convex or perhaps it was just good defense by Kong which made him look bad.
Kong missing with a left hand there. Convex was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one.
Kong leaves Convex with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.
Kong throws a series of punches but Convex moves out of range.

Convex looks for a takedown. He's got it. We're now in half guard.

Convex is trying for a kimura here. Kong looks like he's in a lot of pain... and he's tapping out! Convex wins by kimura!
