The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
No luck with that takedown attempt from Tless.
Sonofabeetch shoots in looking for a single leg takedown. Tless is trying to defend but Sonofabeetch finishes it well and ends up in half guard. Let's see if he can advance position further.
Sonofabeetch is just sitting in half guard, waiting for something to happen.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Tless trying to control from the bottom.
Sonofabeetch is looking to take a break and control but Tless is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.
The referee wants the fighters to be more active or he's going to reset them on the feet.

Sonofabeetch dives in and grabs Tless's left leg, looking for a takedown. Tless pushes down on Sonofabeetch's head and hops out.

Sonofabeetch dives in and grabs Tless's left leg, looking for a takedown. Tless pushes down on Sonofabeetch's head and hops out.

Tless shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Tless showed some decent athleticism there.
Sonofabeetch is trying to stand.
The referee calls for the fighters to work.

Tless shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Sonofabeetch manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Tless is taking a breather. Sonofabeetch says something to him but it's hard to make out. Perhaps he's telling him to get on with it and actually do something.
Tless looking to pass the half guard. Not this time.
Sonofabeetch trying to hold on to Tless's head to control him but Tless postures up.
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.
Neither fighter is being very active at the moment, with Tless in particular looking to stall.
Sonofabeetch gets back to full guard.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close round but I would say that Harry Sonofabeetch will probably get the nod.

The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!
Tless shoots for a takedown but Sonofabeetch saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.
Sonofabeetch drops Tless with a big left hand! Tless is injured, injured bad! Sonofabeetch jumps in and finished him with strikes! The fight is over!
