The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! Vlan crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Luvi - the referee stops the clock and Vlan gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Luvi. Vlan manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes.

Vlan sees a low kick coming and goes to check it, but it's actually a body kick and it thuds into his unprotected ribs.

Vlan changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Luvi tries to avoid it but Vlan manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Luvi to the ground. Luvi escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.

Luvi tries to land a front kick but Vlan steps back. That was a bit too telegraphed.
Vlan throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Luvi's waist but Luvi gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Vlan off to one side.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.
Vlan dives in and grabs Luvi's left leg, looking for a takedown. Luvi pushes down on Vlan's head and hops out.

Both these guys seem content to just stand up and trade with eachother but Vlan might want to think about changing up his gameplan a bit because over the course of the fight, Luvi has got the better of the exchanges.
