Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Schnee Wittchen (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Silva Santiago (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). On his way into the cage it seems that Schnee Wittchen has been attacked by a crazed fan! It looks like it might have been the just bleed guy! Luckily Schnee Wittchen seems to be OK! I thought that lunatic was in prison!?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Wittchen fakes a jab and throws a low kick but Santiago checks it well.
Wittchen throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.

Santiago tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Santiago has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!
Wittchen tries to improve position but can't.
Santiago thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead.
Santiago swings around for an armbar but Wittchen sees it coming a mile off and turns beautifully into Santiago's guard.

Wittchen is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long.
Wittchen wants to get up but he can't break Santiago's closed guard. He needs to be careful trying to break the legs open, as he's open to submissions here.
