PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Russell Jack (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Young Tutankhamon (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Jack kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is "Tie Me Kangaroo Down, Sport". Young Tutankhamon has the eye of the tiger tonight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Tutankhamon turns his back and goes for a hip toss. It's a bit messy but it gets the job done and Tutankhamon manages to end up in side control.
You can see the frustration on Jack's face, being in this tough position on the bottom.
Jack gets one leg under and gets the fight to half guard.
Tutankhamon is looking to take a break and control but Jack is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.

Tutankhamon is working for a kimura but Jack is defending it quite comfortably.

Jack escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Tutankhamon gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.

Tutankhamon is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Jack doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Tutankhamon.

Tutankhamon is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Jack is just riding it out for now. Tutankhamon eventually gives up the hold.

Well Tutankhamon has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
