The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Spilotro lands with a head kick! That's gotta hurt.
Drago misses with a wild combination.
Jab, jab by Spilotro - just one landing.
Drago shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Spilotro but Spilotro pushes him off and we're back to square one.

and Drago holds on and brings the fighters into a clinch.

Spilotro has double underhooks and is working for a body lock takedown. He's got it. The fighters land in half guard but Drago regains guard immediately.

Drago looking for submissions from the bottom here. Moving his hips around, possibly looking for an armbar.

Spilotro drops back looking for a heel hook - he quickly realises he's not going to get it but Drago manages to dive on top of him before he can escape and now Spilotro has Drago in his guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Spilotro is looking to sweep but instead, Drago has passed into half guard.
Spilotro wants to control but Drago is keeping busy and won't allow it.

Spilotro gets full guard.
Drago is just sitting in guard, looking to avoid any submissions.
Spilotro bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Drago's guard.
Spilotro postures up and scores with a shot to the body and a follow up elbow to the head.

Drago wants to take a breather but Spilotro is having none of it.
Well, if Drago is going to just lie there, perhaps we should talk about what we're having for dinner tonight… I'm having a ham and pineapple pizza… Yum. Can't wait.
Spilotro wants to improve his position but Drago is controlling well.

Drago has hold of Spilotro's arm here. He's working for an Americana. It looks like he might have it! Spilotro tries to escape but he's just digging himself in deeper - Drago cranks the arm and Spilotro screams in pain! The ref makes a decision and ends the fight before the tap - no complains from Spilotro, who is just happy to have his arm attached to his body.
