The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Petrovich takes a swing at Damato's ribcage but misses.
The crowd cheers as Damato lands an impressive looking overhand right. Petrovich doesn't seem phased though.
Petrovich throws a hook to the side of Damato's head but Damato sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
Damato fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Petrovich.
Petrovich tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Damato was well out of range. Poor timing from Petrovich.
Damato displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Petrovich throws out the jab.

Damato works his jab well there, keeping his opponent at a distance.

The fighters circling - Petrovich throws out the jab but it was never going to land.
Damato cracks Petrovich with a good jab.
Petrovich rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Damato moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Petrovich just misses with a punch to the body.

Petrovich gets his head snapped back by a nice shot there.
Petrovich moves forwards but Damato connects with a nice, crisp jab.
Petrovich takes a big uppercut there. He seems a bit wobbly but no, he's OK.
Damato lands a head shot.

Damato moving in and out of range nicely, whilst landing the scoring shot.

Petrovich is rocked!
BOOM! Damato lands a beautiful left hook that drops Petrovich. Petrovich tries to recover but Damato is having none of it, landing more punishing shots from mount. One final crushing shot and Petrovich lies motionless on the canvas. The fight is over!
