PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Hank Williams Jr (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jedi Knight (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Knight has chosen Star Wars as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. Jedi Knight will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Knight throws a jab when Williams Jr was well out of range.
Knight shoots in for a double leg but Williams Jr sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.
Williams Jr lands a right hook to the body.
Knight uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Williams Jr.
Williams Jr ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.
Knight tries to close the distance and clinch up but Williams Jr swats him away and circles back towards the center.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Williams Jr throws a hook to the side of Knight's head but Knight sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.

Williams Jr turns his back and goes for a hip toss. It's a bit messy but it gets the job done and Williams Jr manages to end up in side control.

Knight looking to break Williams Jr's wrist control so he can sink in the choke. Williams Jr remaining controlled and patient though - he really has to keep calm otherwise Knight will wrap this one up with the rear naked choke!
