Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Rocky Putzillini (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Daniel Lebaron (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Putzillini comes into the arena with Battle March Medley blaring out of the sound system. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Putzillini throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Daniel Lebaron seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Lebaron wants to clinch up but Putzillini keeps it at a distance.

Lebaron fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Putzillini, pushing him back against the cage.
Lebaron throws a punch but it's blocked by Putzillini.
Lebaron lands a body punch.
Putzillini lands with a quick shot inside that doesn't really do much damage.
Lebaron's head jolts backwards as he takes an uppercut right on the button!

Lebaron is trying to slow down the pace of the fight but Putzillini is keeping busy.

Lebaron manages to get underhooks and slows down the pace for a moment.
Lebaron throws an elbow but it's blocked.
Lebaron is looking to score with knees to the body. Maybe he'll change it up and go body then head. Putzillini is defending well for now.

Putzillini uses good footwork to get in and out, landing a nice hook.

Lebaron is rocked!
