Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Taichi Heleno (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Kaleb Aslan (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Heleno kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is weird Japanese music. Both fighter's entrance songs getting the crowd jumping here.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Alan Glass, Daniel Franklin and Cecil Peabody.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Heleno lands a head kick!
Aslan bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.
Heleno misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Heleno slaps away a takedown attempt from Aslan, before circling back to the center of the mat.

Heleno fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Aslan.

Aslan throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Heleno's waist but Heleno gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Aslan off to one side.

Aslan postures up as if he's going to throw some strikes but drops back for an ankle! Heleno is in big trouble! He looks ready to tap! But no, he's escaped and dives on top of Aslan, into his guard.
