Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Dean Styles, Joseph Jones and Russell Pearce.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Rivera throws a jab but it's blocked by Evans.
A momentary lapse in concentration from Evans enables Rivera to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Evans manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat.
Rivera stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Evans swivels though and keeps the full guard.
Rivera drops back looking for a leg! Evans is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Evans manages to kick Rivera off! Rivera jumps back into Evans's guard.
Rivera drops back looking for a submission - "I'm sorry sir, but I'm gunna break your leg" says Rivera as he cranks on the unfortunate limb! Evans screams and taps out before any major damage is done! Don't mess with Rivera! Nice submission victory there!
