Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Daniel Krigare (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Carl The Crusher (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Krigare's entrance music is Achtung Pantzer by Raubtier. A fine choice. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Krigare uses good head movement to avoid the hook from The Crusher.

Krigare is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by The Crusher.

The Crusher changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Krigare tries to avoid it but The Crusher manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Krigare to the ground. Krigare escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
The Crusher tries to score a power double leg takedown but Krigare sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten The Crusher somewhat.

The Crusher displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Krigare.

The Crusher paying the price for stalling here - he's pushing hard on the arm trying to free himself but it's no use! He's tapped! WOW, quick submission from Krigare - great work!
