The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Babcock swings for the body but Yamato moves out of range.

Babcock shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Yamato's guard.
Babcock advances position into side control!

Babcock tries to cartwheel into mount but he doesn't manage it.
Babcock lands a knee to the body and follows it up with some ground and pound to the head. That will wear Yamato down.

Babcock is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Yamato knows the correct defense though, so he's OK.

Babcock is working to isolate an arm here. It's a telegraphed submission attempt but he's gone for it anyway - and he's got it! Babcock extends the arm and Yamato is forced to tap!
