I think Owens might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Disturbed- Inside the Fire. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Owens scores with a nice right hand.
Owens rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Regueiro moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Owens bobs and weaves and unloads with a good uppercut.
Regueiro misses with a jab, cross combination.
Owens swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Regueiro shoots for a takedown but Owens saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.

Owens lands a powerful looking uppercut that connected with his opponent's jaw.

Owens gets in close and instigates a clinch.
Regueiro tries to throw a body punch but Owens avoids it by throwing Regueiro back against the cage.
Regueiro tries to pull guard but Owens won't allow it.
Regueiro fails to pull the fight into his guard.
Roman Owens has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Julio Regueiro.

No joy there for Owens, who threw a few shots but didn't land.

and Owens counters with a kick to the head that grazes his opponent. Regueiro is lucky that one didn't land flush.

and Owens counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
