Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Yushin Ayoki (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ruffuss Passat (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Passat has chosen looser by Beck as his entrance music. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.

The judges for this bout are Kenichi Hosakawa, Shigeki Fujiwara and Tatsuya Matsuyama.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Passat throws a nice looking combination but Ayoki bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Passat throws a series of punches but Ayoki moves out of range.

Passat is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.

Ruffuss Passat seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Ayoki darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard.

Ayoki can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as Passat is looking to escape.

Ayoki jumps to the side looking to secure the arm triangle…. Ooooh, that looks tight… Passat is gargling but he's managed to escape! Nice work there by Passat and Ayoki has given up the dominant position trying to land that submission.

Ayoki decides to stand up, so the ref orders Passat to his feet.

Passat moves his hips nicely and gets into full guard.
Passat is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.
Passat looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Ayoki with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position.

Ayoki takes a deep breath and rests his weight momentarily on top of his opponent, to control the position.

Ruffuss Passat showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action. This is the final round!

Passat looks to land a combination but Ayoki avoids it well.

Passat is flailing around like a fish out of water, trying to land strikes.

Ayoki has hold of Passat's left arm, perhaps looking for a submission. The two fighters tussle over control of the isolated limb and Passat manages to get his arm back to his side and away from danger.

Ayoki has control of Passat's right arm, working for a kimura. It's a bit of a token attempt though and Passat regains control of the situation pretty easily.

Passat is desperately trying to improve his position but Ayoki has a good base and remains in mount.

Ayoki is thinking about an arm triangle here, looking to tighten it up before moving to side control. Passat can see it coming though and defends well with a couple of strikes to the head and some good arm positioning.
Ayoki wants to control the pace but Passat is squirming around nicely.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.

Ayoki is working for a rear naked choke. Passat is not defending it well and Ayoki has tightened it up quickly! This could be all over! Passat refuses to tap and goes to sleep, forcing the referee to intervene. A little trickle of blood came out of Passat's nose as his head slumped to the floor. That is naaaasty!
