The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Blackfoot fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Davis sprawls well initially but Blackfoot persists and gets the takedown into half guard.
Blackfoot trying to control the action but Davis is working from the bottom.
Blackfoot is scoring with some nice ground and pound from the dominant position.
Davis is trying to stand up here but Blackfoot is controlling him well.
Davis won't allow Blackfoot to pass to mount.
Blackfoot is stalling here. Davis is in no mood to hang around though. He's locked up a kimura from the bottom! Blackfoot seems to be keeping calm but he's forced to roll out of the hold and Davis has ended up in side control on the top. Nice work.
Blackfoot has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.
