Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Ryan Finch (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Billy Slapper (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Slapper has chosen beep beep i'm a jeep as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. There are an array of beautiful celebrities at ringside tonight! I wonder if any of them paid for their tickets.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Finch avoids a lazy jab quite easily.

Slapper drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard.

OK we're going to have a standup here. Billy Slapper hasn't been effective enough on the ground and the referee wants a restart.

Slapper fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Finch sprawls well initially but Slapper persists and gets the takedown into half guard.
Slapper works his foot free and advances to mount.

Slapper has control of Finch's right arm, working for a kimura. It's a bit of a token attempt though and Finch regains control of the situation pretty easily.

Slapper throws a loose over hand right and dives in with a double leg takedown. Finch tries to sprawl but it's too late and the fighters hit the mat. Slapper is in Finch's guard.

Finch tries to escape but he's just digging himself in deeper - Slapper cranks the arm and Finch screams in pain! The ref makes a decision and ends the fight before the tap - no complains from Finch, who is just happy to have his arm attached to his body.
