Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Roger Lorenzo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Punchy McGee (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Punchy McGee is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lorenzo moves his head to the side to avoid a jab but walks straight into a cross.
Lorenzo throws a lazy right hand but McGee sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
McGee misses with a straight left.

Lorenzo shoots for a double leg takedown but McGee sprawls well. He's pushed Lorenzo's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.

McGee displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Lorenzo throws out the jab.

Lorenzo changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. McGee looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
The strikes coming from Lorenzo are missing the target in this wave of attacks.

Lorenzo tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Lorenzo has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.
The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.
Lorenzo is looking to take a break and control but McGee is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.

Well I reckon that's a shut out for Lorenzo, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
