Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Vasily Smyslov (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ross Kemp (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Smyslov comes into the arena with Potpourri D'Orange (SZS MAD Ver.) blaring out of the sound system. Kemp has chosen Cockney Thug as his entrance music. There are an array of beautiful celebrities at ringside tonight! I wonder if any of them paid for their tickets.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

OK we're going to have a standup here. Ross Kemp hasn't been effective enough on the ground and the referee wants a restart.
Kemp chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before Smyslov can pounce on him.

Smyslov lunges at Kemp with a hook that half lands and is half blocked by Kemp's hand.

Smyslov fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Kemp looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.
Ross Kemp is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.

and Smyslov counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.

Smyslov feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.

Kemp walks forward and throws a big overhand right! Smyslov drops to the floor like a sack of potatoes! Kemp swarms on him with more punches until the referee wrestles him away from Smyslov's unconscious body! Wow, that was brutal!
