Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Frank Black (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Assis Civita (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Black's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, Disturbed - Ten Thousand Fist . Well, the cameraman is lingering on a pretty young lady for a bit too long there. Keep your eyes on the fighters buddy or you'll miss the fighter intros!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Black fails to land with a series of punches.
Civita uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Black.
Black getting the better of the striking in that exchange.
Nice defenses there by Black.
Civita with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Black to score with a decent uppercut.

It looks like Assis Civita has been cut.
Black throws a hook but Civita avoids it easily.
Frank Black seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Civita thows a body shot but no joy.

Black moves into the clinch.
Black lands on the inside with an uppercut.
Black has a couple of punches blocked by Civita.

Black swings wildly with an uppercut but Civita uses good head movement to avoid it.

Black's corner are urging him to control the action in the clinch for a moment, rather than mount any serious offense. I'm sure the crowd appreciate those instructions... not.

Civita tries to pull guard but Black holds him up against the cage and eventually Civita drops back down to his feet.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.
Black lands a body shot.
Black swings away with an uppercut that misses.
Black misses with a hook from the clinch.

Civita jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Black walks away with a smile on his face. Civita gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.
Black tries to clinch up but Civita circles away and keeps his distance.

The two fighters are working to gain dominance in the clinch.
An uppercut on the inside fails to land for Black.
Civita tries to pull guard but Black won't allow it.
Black misses with some punches.
Black scores with an uppercut up the middle.
Black content to slow the pace in the clinch.
Civita fails to pull guard.

Black is struggling to control the position.
Civita tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Black smiles and moves away.
Black misses the jab.
Black lands a jab followed by a nice looking cross.

Black pushes Civita up against the cage in a clinch.
Black lands a body shot in the clinch.
Black makes some space for himself and lands an uppercut.
The two fighters are working to gain dominance in the clinch.
Black working some nice short punches in the clinch.

That has opened up Assis Civita's cut even more.
Civita can't get the takedown.
Black throws a head punch that misses.
Black tries a shoulder strike but it doesn't do any damage.
Black missing with knees to the body.
Black cracks Civita with a nice body shot.

Civita has a body lock and is looking for a takedown. Black is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet.
The referee is keeping an eye on Black - much more stalling and he will separate the fighters.
Black throws a hook to the body. More of an arm punch but it's all scoring with the judges.
Civita looks gassed!
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Civita takes a shot to the head.
Black pushes Civita back against the cage and lands a hook to the side of the head.
Civita tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Black smiles and moves away.
Black scores with a hook.
Civita swings for the body but Black moves out of range.
Civita takes a big uppercut there. He seems a bit wobbly but no, he's OK.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Black connects with a superb combination that knocks Civita out cold! The referee charges across the mat and tackles Black before he can land any more shots to the unconscious Civita!
