Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Brian Smashed Face (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Orh Urdaalen (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Urdaalen has chosen Dope - I'm Back as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. Orh Urdaalen is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Smashed Face just misses with a punch to the body.

Smashed Face feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.
Smashed Face wants to stand and escape but instead Urdaalen has hit a sweep and he's now on top in guard.
Smashed Face controls Urdaalen momentarily but Urdaalen frees himself.
Smashed Face wants to hit a switch here but Urdaalen passes into full mount! Oh no, disaster for Smashed Face there!
Smashed Face is wriggling around trying to escape.

Smashed Face in a bad spot here, taking shots to the head.
Urdaalen controlling the position easily from mount.
Urdaalen thuds his fist into the canvas! Oooouch!
Urdaalen has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.
Smashed Face tries to hold on but Urdaalen pushes him away.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Smashed Face is in a bad position, trying to hold on for dear life but he is really struggling to maintain any sort of control.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.

Urdaalen working from mount. He moves in close and looks like he might be going for an arm triangle... He's hopped off to the side and he's transitioned into an Anaconda choke. Smashed Face turning a nasty shade of purple. He's refusing to tap but he's gone! He's out! The ref rips Urdaalen off and cradles Smashed Face's limp body as Urdaalen celebrates with his corner.
