The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
de Cruz takes a swing at Heath's ribcage but misses.
Heath is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
Heath slips a jab from de Cruz.
de Cruz moves out of range of the body kick.
A nice leg kick lands there from Heath.
Heath scores with a one two! de Cruz had his feet all tangled up there and couldn't avoid the strikes.
Heath steps to the side to avoid the strikes from de Cruz.
de Cruz tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Heath was well out of range. Poor timing from de Cruz.
de Cruz swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Nice defenses there by Heath.
Jab, cross, leg kick. Nice combination by Heath!
de Cruz misses with a hook. Heath ducked under it nicely.
A looping hook to the body misses from de Cruz. Heath does a little dance to reset his feet.
de Cruz looks to land a left hand but Heath moved out of range nicely.
Ouch! a nice leg kick from Heath, right into the meat.
Heath drops his hands momentarily and de Cruz takes advantage with a crisp shot to the head.
Heath uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from de Cruz.
A punch combination from Heath misses.
A head kick from Heath lands but de Cruz takes it in his stride.

Heath avoids a lazy jab quite easily.

Heath throws a nice inside leg kick.
Heath connects with a leg kick. He turned his hip over nicely there.

de Cruz is breathing heavily.
de Cruz misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Heath.

de Cruz throws out a loose jab but Heath uses good head movement to avoid it.
Heath connects with a high kick.
Heath is moving around nicely and scores here with a single head shot.
Heath lands with a nice low kick. That'll leave a bruise.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
de Cruz steps to his left, right into the path of a big body kick from Heath. That one must have hurt.
Heath thuds his shin into the meat of de Cruz's side.
de Cruz takes a really solid shot there but just smiles back and shrugs his shoulders.
de Cruz misses the body punch
and Heath makes the exchange count by landing a cracking kick to the body. de Cruz really felt that one!

Heath throws a quick head kick that knocks de Cruz silly! This fight is all over! What a finish! Heath is up on the cage, taking in the applause from the crowd.
