Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between David Coleman (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and martin stuart (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
stuart thows a body shot but no joy.
stuart uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Coleman.
stuart shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Coleman defends it nicely.

stuart closes the distance and clinches up with Coleman, looking for a takedown. stuart pushes Coleman against the cage but Coleman circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.

Coleman lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
stuart is pinned up against the cage taking some big shots here. The referee is looking closely deciding whether he should stop the fight.

stuart takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness.
Coleman cracks stuart with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business.

stuart goes for an armbar here - this could be all over! But no, Coleman has escaped beautifully and is now on top in side control! Oh, that's unlucky for stuart but great work by Coleman.

stuart takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired.

martin stuart has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here!

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.
