Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Kubla Khan (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ryan Maxwell (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Khan kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is Xanadu. Well, I have no idea who's going to take this one!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nice body punch from Khan.
Khan moving in and out of range nicely, whilst landing the scoring shot.

Maxwell misses with a takedown attempt - Khan sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.
Khan throws a right hand that Maxwell ducks under and follows up with a left that Maxwell also avoids with ease.
Maxwell on the wrong end of a vicious looking body shot.
Khan moves into range and throws a combination. A nice jab followed by a hook to the body.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Maxwell with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Khan to score with a decent uppercut.
Maxwell shoots in for a double leg but Khan sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.
Khan scores with a nice head shot.
Maxwell looks gassed!
Khan goes to the watering hole and comes back with a big thumbs up from the judges as he scores a three punch combo.

Maxwell is rocked!
Khan lands an uppercut out of nowhere! Maxwell falls backwards - clearly groggy! Khan dives in and finishes the fight with more strikes for a TKO finish!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:43 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Kubla Khan!
