Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between swg le fay (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ridge Back (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Back is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: Animal I have Become. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

le fay cracks Back with a good shot that sees him stumbling back into the cage.
Back tries to clinch up but le fay circles away and keeps his distance.

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.

le fay drops back looking for a leg! Back is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Back manages to kick le fay off! le fay jumps back into Back's guard.
le fay wants to control from the top but Back keeps moving.

le fay thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position.

le fay postures up as if he's going to throw some strikes but drops back for an ankle! Back is in big trouble! He looks ready to tap! But no, he's escaped and dives on top of le fay, into his guard.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.

le fay is working actively from the bottom, looking for submissions. He's escaped his hips to the side and he's going for an armbar! Back has his hands clasped together but le fay extends an breaks Back's desperate grasp, forcing a tap out due to armbar! Nice BJJ displayed there by le fay.
