Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Eddie House (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Tempelton Dick (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Dick on the wrong end of an overhand right that came out of nowhere.

It looks like Tempelton Dick has been cut.
House stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and House wants it to stay on the feet.
House throws a body punch but Dick moves out of range.
House throws a half hearted mid kick.
Dick lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
House dives in and grabs Dick's left leg, looking for a takedown. Dick pushes down on House's head and hops out.
Dick takes one on the chin but seems OK.

and Dick counters with a shoot takedown. House fights it but they end up in guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
There's a bit of a scramble here and now House is on top in guard.
House working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage.
Dick looking to sweep here. No luck so far.
House wants to control from the top but Dick keeps moving.
House wants to get up but he can't break Dick's closed guard. He needs to be careful trying to break the legs open, as he's open to submissions here.

Dick tries to land a sweep but no joy.
We may be looking at a referee standup if the pace doesn't pick up soon.
Dick is trying to control the position from the bottom.
Dick can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as House controls the pace.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

The ref stands the fighters back up because Eddie House just wasn't active enough.
Dick misses with a series of wild punches.

House tests Dick's chin there with a solid looking shot.

House swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
House moves into range and connects with a jab.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
House showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Dick.
House throws a right and a left that both miss.
Dick defending well as House loads up on a big left hand.
House works his jab well there, keeping his opponent at a distance.

That has opened up Tempelton Dick's cut even more.

Oooh a lovely combination from House sends Dick down but not out. House dives into side control looking to finish.

House works to advance to full mount. Dick defends for a few seconds but eventually he succumbs.

House lands with some vicious ground and pound - can Dick hang on?

House lands a nice shot to the head.
House tries to control but Dick wriggling away.

House is controlling this nicely and is looking to make no mistakes. Dick is trying to wiggle out of this horrible position. Dick flips to his side and attempts to get a leg in for half guard. House anticipates the leg and manages to get behind Dick and secures both hooks! This could be bad! House slips an arm under Dick chin and tries to position for a rear naked choke. House has worked the choke in now and it looks tight. House is squeezing on Dick like an anaconda would it's prey. Dick fails to tap and has fallen unconscious! We've got ourselves a winner by way of a rear naked choke!
