Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Eric Hartin (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Chuck Liddle (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Liddle has chosen the theme as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. Chuck Liddle has the power to score a knockout today if he connects clean with Eric Hartin's chin.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are George Francis, Gwen Towbar and Robert Twigg.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Liddle throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.

Liddle changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Hartin looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.

Hartin decides to stand back up. Hartin steps back and let's Liddle get back to his feet.

Liddle feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.

Hartin decides to stand up and try his luck on the feet.

Hartin pulls out of a head kick attempt.

and Hartin takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
Hartin throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped

and Liddle counters with a left and a right that hurts Hartin! He wobbles and falls to the floor - he's in big trouble! Liddle jumps into full mount!


Hartin is rocked!
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for leaving it all in the cage!

Oh Hartin is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!!
Liddle wants to stand but Hartin is holding on to him, trying to stop him posturing up.

Chuck Liddle comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
I think Liddle has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
