The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Brinkley bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.
Atom tries to get back to half guard but can't.
Brinkley cracks Atom with a big elbow.
Atom is sneaking out the side here. He's bucked Brinkley off and has taken his back!
Atom controlling well, preventing Brinkley from escaping the position.
Brinkley just trying to survive but Atom is wriggling into a better position, looking to finish.

Brinkley is displaying good submission defense - not really looking in danger of submitting to the rear naked choke at the moment. That could change in an instant of course if Atom gets his way!
