Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 5 - 10 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, BIZZ NESS!
The judges for this bout are Chris Downing, Gwen Towbar and Alan Glass.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

NESS shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Oh and he's advanced to full mount straight away.
Blaze bucks up and manages to get a nice reversal! He's in guard on the top - nicely done!

Blaze is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there.

Blaze thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position.

Blaze drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Blaze jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.

Blaze passes NESS's right leg, so he's now in half guard.
NESS really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Blaze. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Blaze passes the guard and advances to mount!
NESS sneaks a leg under to get to half guard.

Blaze is looking for a kimura but he's never going to get it from there.
Blaze is trying to control the action in half guard but NESS is working away on the bottom, looking perhaps to get back to full guard.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
NESS wants to control but Blaze is keeping busy and won't allow it.
Blaze lands a big shot. The thud that echoes around the arena is like music to the fans' ears.
NESS trying to control from the bottom.
Blaze wants to take a breather but NESS is having none of it.
NESS avoiding damage under a succession of punches from Blaze.
NESS is not content to let Blaze control the position.

Blaze is looking for a kimura but NESS is holding onto that half guard position, so it's hard for Blaze to get the leverage.

Blaze works his way into side control.
NESS looks gassed!

Blaze has an Americana. NESS didn't react quickly enough there and he's in big trouble now! He tries to squirm out but is forced to tap! Blaze is delighted and gyrates in front of the ring girls. They seem to like the attention - it'll be interesting to see if Blaze hooks up with any of them at the after show party.
