Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Kimo Kanoa (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Roman Owens (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The crowd seem to be enjoying Owens's choice of entrance music: Disturbed- Inside the Fire. I can't wait for this one - let's get the fighter introductions out of the way and get this one started!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Owens misses with a head kick.
Roman Owens seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Owens throws a right and a left that both miss.
Kanoa misses with a series of wild punches.
Owens takes a jab on the nose there. A little bit of blood seems to be coming out. Hopefully that won't affect his breathing.
Kanoa misses with a straight left.
Kanoa avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Owens looks for the body kick but Kanoa saw that one coming.

Kanoa cracks a nice hook into Owens's ribs.

Owens throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Kanoa sees it coming and avoids it easily.

Kanoa fakes a right and follows up with a big left that drops Owens to one knee - oooooh, he's wobbly! Owens looks to clinch but Kanoa throws him off and pummels him into the canvas! Owens taps out under the strikes! The fight is over!
