Darkshneider's entrance music is Soulja Boy- Crank That. A fine choice. Bartko has chosen Marpo - Muay Thai as his entrance music. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Darkshneider throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Bartko's waist but Bartko gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Darkshneider off to one side.

Darkshneider throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Bartko was covering up waiting for the punch and Darkshneider finishes the takedown easily into guard.
Bartko lands a beautiful switch and he's in full mount! That could spell trouble for Darkshneider!
Bartko wants to control the pace but Darkshneider is squirming around nicely.
Darkshneider is desperately trying to get back to half guard.

Bartko jumps to the side looking to secure the arm triangle…. Ooooh, that looks tight… Darkshneider is gargling but he's managed to escape! Nice work there by Darkshneider and Bartko has given up the dominant position trying to land that submission.

Bartko has knee on belly momentarily but Darkshneider bucks him off and regains half guard.
Bartko is stalling here. Darkshneider is in no mood to hang around though. He's locked up a kimura from the bottom! Bartko seems to be keeping calm but he's forced to roll out of the hold and Darkshneider has ended up in side control on the top. Nice work.

Bartko really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Darkshneider. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Darkshneider misses with a strike but at least he's keeping busy, looking to cause some damage - that will still help him when it comes to the judges scorecards.
