Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Traktor Chain (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Henri Hasu (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Henri Hasu has the eye of the tiger tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 7 - 3 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Traktor Chain!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 5 - 0 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Henri Hasu!
The judges for this bout are Vladimir Khabensky, Aleksandr Martynov and Illya Tyunina.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nice takedown defense from Hasu. No joy for Chain on that attempt.
Hasu fakes a head shot and lands one to the body.
Chain slips under a jab from Hasu.
Hasu jabs Chain right on the nose. Chain blinks but takes it well.


It looks like Traktor Chain has been cut.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Hasu lands a really nice looking cross but Chain seems unphased.
Hasu throws out a loose jab but Chain uses good head movement to avoid it.
Chain fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.
Hasu loads up on a big right hand but Chain slips the punch.
Hasu misses with a looping left.

Hasu moving in and out of range nicely, whilst landing the scoring shot.

Chain will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.

Hasu got a little sloppy there for a moment and Chain has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Hasu has managed to get both his arms back between Chain's legs - danger averted.

Chain escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Hasu gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.
Chain is trying to control the position but Hasu postures up.

Hasu decides to stand up and beckons his opponent to follow.
Henri Hasu is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Chain bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.
No joy there for Hasu, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Chain throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Chain fails with a takedown attempt from distance.
Chain misses with a takedown attempt - Hasu sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.
Chain is pinned up against the cage taking some big shots here. The referee is looking closely deciding whether he should stop the fight.

Chain closes the distance and clinches up with Hasu, looking for a takedown. Chain pushes Hasu against the cage but Hasu circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Hasu throws a nice looking combination but Chain bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Henri Hasu seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Hasu looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.

Chain fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Hasu, pushing him back against the cage.
Hasu takes a knee to the side of the body.
Chain drops down for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Chain tries to score a body lock takedown but Hasu shows good agility there to stay on his feet.

Hasu escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Hasu moves into range and throws a lovely three punch combination.
Hasu might want to mix his strikes up a bit more. He's just going for head shots at the moment and that can become a bit predictable.
Chain shoots in but Hasu avoids the takedown attempt easily.
Chain walks straight into a jab right on the nose. That one stung - he's blinking and trying to clear his head.
Hasu throws out a loose jab but Chain uses good head movement to avoid it.
Chain has his head slapped from side to side by a 3 punch combination. That must have hurt him.

Chain clinches up with Hasu and pushes him back against the cage.

Chain utilising his Muay Thai to score with a knee to the body.
Hasu is pressed up against the cage. Chain has hold of a leg and is looking to drag Hasu down to the mat. Hasu avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance.
Hasu misses with a looping left.
Hasu jabbing away but nothing is landing.
Hasu throws a lazy right hand but Chain sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
Hasu is landing a lot of head punches in this opening round! Chain had better start moving his head a bit unless he wants his face to turn into pâté.
Chain shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Hasu but Hasu pushes him off and we're back to square one.

Chain takes the fight into the clinch.
Hasu takes a knee to the side of the body.
Chain jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Hasu walks away with a smile on his face. Chain gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.

Chain scores with a takedown into Hasu's guard.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
Hasu is trying to keep Chain in close.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!

Hasu is working an open guard so Chain takes the opportunity to get back to his feet.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

The fight stays on the outside here - Chain looks like he's thinking about clinching though.

Chain tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Hasu swivels and escapes.

Hasu throws an overhand right that lands on Chain's shoulder, as Chain tries to avoid the shot.

Chain keeps the fight in the clinch, despite Hasu's efforts to push away.
Chain has Hasu pressed against the cage, preventing Hasu from circling away and getting back to striking at range.

Chain's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Hasu takes a head kick and keeps coming.
Chain shoots in but no luck this time.
Hasu stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
Hasu lands a powerful looking uppercut that connected with his opponent's jaw.
Hasu lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
Hasu throws a wild combination but nothing lands.

Hasu rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Chain moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Chain has a takedown stuffed.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Traktor Chain. That's going to take a lot out of him.

Chain gets to the clinch - let's see what his plan is here.
Chain tries to pull guard but Hasu won't allow it.
Chain crunches a lovely knee into Hasu's ribcage.

Chain wants to get back to his feet but Hasu is in a dominant position and won't allow it.
Hasu tries to free his leg and advance position but Chain is retaining full guard.

Chain tries to clinch up but Hasu circles away and keeps his distance.

Chain slips under a jab.
Chain looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Hasu is fending him off so far but Chain persists. Nope, Hasu circles away and we're back to standing.

Henri Hasu seems to be getting the better of the standup.

Hasu sneaks a leg back under and regains half guard and is working straight away to try and get back to guard. He hasn't managed just yet though.
Chain is keeping good posture, landing some ground and pound.
Hasu looks like he's trying to stand up.

Chain wants to free his trapped foot but Hasu is holding on for dear life with his legs.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Hasu uses the cage to get back to his feet.
Chain gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily
and Hasu counters with a one-two to the body.
Hasu throws the left hand but Chain avoids the punch easily.

Chain closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Hasu to the mat! Hasu manages to get full guard.
Hasu is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.

Hasu tries to stand but his hand is stuck under Chain.

Chain is looking to sinch up a guillotine here but Hasu pulls his head out easily.

Chain scrambles, trying to get to his feet, but Hasu manages to mount him!

Traktor Chain showed his dominance in that final round.
I think Hasu has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
