Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Negative Nancy (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jabari Jelani (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Jabari Jelani is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jelani tried to score with a low kick but Nancy checks it.

Jelani fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Nancy sprawls well initially but Jelani persists and gets the takedown into half guard.

Jelani is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Nancy is just riding it out for now. Jelani eventually gives up the hold.

Jelani is working for submissions here but there's nothing on.

Jelani is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Nancy doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Jelani.
Nancy knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Jelani on the ground.
Jelani wants to free his trapped foot but Nancy is holding on for dear life with his legs.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.

Nancy lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
