Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Ernie Whit (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mike White (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). White has a niggling injury. He would have liked to come in 100% fit but that's not always possible. This should be fireworks!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
White on the wrong end of a nice hook.
White defending well as Whit loads up on a big left hand.
Whit cracks White with a good jab.
A looping hook to the body misses from Whit. White does a little dance to reset his feet.
White throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Whit's waist but Whit gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing White off to one side.

White moves forwards but Whit connects with a nice, crisp jab.

White tries to keep at a distance but Whit has taken the fight into the clinch.

Whit wants the takedown. White is fighting it off but Whit persists and manages to bring the fight to the ground, ending up in White's guard against the cage.

White is looking for a triangle but Whit pushes his legs off easily.

Whit cracks White with a nasty head shot there - the crowd let out an audible gasp there, as the noise reverberated around the arena.
