Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between van chan (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Slusken Musk (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). chan comes to the cage accompanied by Numb. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.

The judges for this bout are Sosuke Kotani, Yukihiro Shimada and Tatsuya Matsuyama.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Musk closes the distance and clinches up with chan, looking for a takedown. Musk pushes chan against the cage but chan circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
Musk bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.
chan is trying to improve his position.
chan manages to land a sweep and he's now on top! Lovely Jiu Jitsu!
chan scores with a couple of good hammerfists.
Musk strikes from the bottom but chan uses the opportunity to move to side control.
chan has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.

chan has hold of Musk's arm here. He's working for an Americana. It looks like he might have it! Musk tries to escape but he's just digging himself in deeper - chan cranks the arm and Musk screams in pain! The ref makes a decision and ends the fight before the tap - no complains from Musk, who is just happy to have his arm attached to his body.
