The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.

Lee is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.

Whack! Lee lands a heavy head kick that drops shepard. The ref tackles Lee to stop the fight - a great save by the referee because shepard was done.
