Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Patrick Willis (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Junior Tate (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Fingers crossed for an exciting fight - I'm sure both fighters are looking for a nice under the table bonus!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 7 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Patrick Willis!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 3 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Junior Tate!
The judges for this bout are Sosuke Kotani, Yuuki Gou and Tatsuya Matsuyama.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Tate throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.

It looks like Patrick Willis has been cut.

That was a close round but I would say that Patrick Willis will probably get the nod.

Willis lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.

Willis is looking for a takedown here. He's shot in and has managed to get it, finishing up in Tate's half guard.

Willis postures up and throws a couple of big shots that have Tate in real trouble here! The ref calls for Tate to improve his position which he doesn't do, so the referee has no choice but to end the fight due to the strikes!
