The judges for this bout are Gregory Folan, Steve Smith and Trevor Gratis.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lamont looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.
Gomi drops Lamont with a left right combo! Gomi follows him down to the ground into side control.
Lamont is rocked!
It looks like Georges Lamont has been cut.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Gomi decides to stand back up. Gomi steps back and let's Lamont get back to his feet.
Lamont is still on wobbly legs! Can Gomi finish him?
Lamont tries to score a power double leg takedown but Gomi sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Lamont somewhat.
Gomi throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Georges Lamont seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Gomi closes the distance and lands a brutal uppercut that knocks Lamont out! We're looking at the replay now - he was out before he hit the floor!
