Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Julius Lawson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Kelly McFillin (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lawson leaves McFillin with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.
Lawson scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business.
McFillin uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Lawson.
Lawson stuffs the takedown.
Lawson fakes high and swings low for a body shot but McFillin manages to avoid it.
McFillin misses with a takedown attempt - Lawson sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.
