Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Varava Semen (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Andrey Varrava (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Semen has a slight injury, which hopefully won't affect the fight too much. Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

The judges for this bout are Sergei Dronov, Valeri Chadov and Aleksandr Martynov.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Semen throws a head kick that misses.
Semen is looking to clinch.
Varrava is looking for a takedown here. He's shot in and has managed to get it, finishing up in Semen's half guard.

Let's hope that Varrava has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
Varrava's corner are shouting for him to control the position and he seems happy to oblige.

Varrava is intent on slowing down the pace of the fight, simply looking to control.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.

Varrava darts in and clinches Semen up against the cage.
Semen has had enough of the clinch and is looking to separate.

Varrava is trying to trip Semen. He has hold of a leg but Semen is hopping around, keeping his balance for the moment. Varrava persists though and gets the takedown into guard.

Andrey Varrava comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
Well Varrava has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
