The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Veechi moves out of range as Larsson strikes.

Larsson tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Veechi comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range.

Larsson looks to land a body kick but Veechi moved away.
Veechi tries to clinch but Larsson moves out of range.
Larsson feints and then cracks Veechi's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Veechi down.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.
Veechi is looking to get to half guard.

The ref stands the fighters back up. Henrik Larsson was stalling too much, according to the referee.

A head kick from Larsson lands but Veechi takes it in his stride.

The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily.

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

Larsson lands a big head kick that sends Veechi tumbling to the mat! Larsson takes a step backwards and waves Veechi back to his feet - he wants the finish!

Larsson drops Veechi with a beautiful combination! Veechi stares up at his opponent, who ushers him back to his feet - Larsson is looking for the KO!
Oh Veechi is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Larsson flashes Veechi a smile before throwing a beast of a right hand, straight down the pipe. Veechi's eyes follow the hand right onto his nose, taking in it's full glory... and then darkness. Veechi crumples to the floor! He's out cold! Larsson punches the air and yells at the top of his lungs - yeeeeeeeeeeah!!!! This one is all over!
