The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Malone fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Donk. Malone catches Sayer right on the button with a cross.
Malone lands a big uppercut and Sayer crumbles to the floor! The ref thinks about stopping the fight but Sayer looks OK. Malone waves Sayer back to his feet!
Sayer is rocked!
It looks like Hassan Sayer has been cut.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Sayer glances at the clock... BAM! Malone nails him with a big right hand! A momentary lapse in concentration sends Sayer crashing to the mat! The referee steps in and this one is over! Damn, Sayer is out of it, he thinks the ref is his opponent!
