Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Jake Harris (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Johannah Holmbom (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). I don't know about you partner, but I'm pumped for this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

4 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Jake Harris!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Johannah Holmbom!
The judges for this bout are Johanna Lukiainen, Arvi Lind and Roosa Järviläinen.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Harris shoots for a double leg takedown but Holmbom sprawls well. He's pushed Harris's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
Holmbom misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Harris.
Holmbom lands with a nice combination. Harris backs away looking to recover.
Holmbom scores with a jab to the head.
Holmbom jabs at Harris's body.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Harris blocks a jab.
Holmbom with a body punch. A glancing blow.
Holmbom swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Holmbom gets caught flat footed, as Harris shoots in with a quick takedown into guard.
Holmbom is trying to keep Harris in close.
Harris in full guard, throwing the ground and pound. No damage this time.
Holmbom looking for a sweep. Not yet Holmbom, not yet.
Holmbom pulls Harris in to control the position.
Holmbom wants to sweep but no luck.
Holmbom escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Harris gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Holmbom is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Harris defends well.
Holmbom wants to sweep here but Harris controlling him for the moment.

Holmbom has an active guard here but Harris has managed to pass into half guard.
Holmbom is trying to control but can't.

Holmbom is looking for a sweep. Harris is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.

Holmbom is working for an escape here. He's hooked one of Harris's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take Harris's back!
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Holmbom is looking for the choke from the back position but Harris is controlling his hands well.
Harris turns into Holmbom and is now in his guard.
Holmbom manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Harris manages to get himself to full guard.
Holmbom postures up as if he's going to throw some strikes but drops back for an ankle! Harris is in big trouble! He looks ready to tap! But no, he's escaped and dives on top of Holmbom, into his guard.
Holmbom is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.
That's three minutes gone in the round.

There's a bit of a scramble here and now Holmbom is on top in guard.
Holmbom wants to pass the guard but Harris is keeping the position.
Harris pushes a forearm under Holmbom's chin to create some space. He's escaped his hips and pivoted quickly for an armbar! Can he extend the arm? Yes, Holmbom is tapping out! Damn, that was fast!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:03 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Armbar). Jake Harris!
