The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Danston throws a sloppy head kick and Sakrovski moves out of range easily.
Danston closes the distance and pushes Sakrovski back into the cage.

It looks like Matt Sakrovski has been cut.
Sakrovski takes a knee right on the jaw!

Danston is pushing Sakrovski up against the cage, for a bit of lean and pray action. Action being used the in the loosest possible sense of the word.

Danston pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.

Danston closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Danston fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Sakrovski, pushing him back against the cage.
Sakrovski takes a knee to the side of the body.
Danston breaks from the clinch.
Sakrovski tries to move into range but Danston moves to the side and lands with a nice right hand.
Sakrovski is rocked!
Matt Sakrovski's cut is getting worse.
Sakrovski is breathing heavily.
The fighters circle, before Danston throws a beautiful high kick that crashes into Sakrovski's neck, sending him stumbling to the floor! Danston lands more strikes and forces a referee stoppage! That one ended in an instant!
